Did that Tri Boy fella plan anything for ya? Huh? Huh? :bleh:

Today... I don't have to work. Not even going to work on my bike! Girlfriend... not working either. Might just spend a quiet day and evening indoors, hmm?

Enjoy yourselves and make the most of being together.

My bloke is in NZ and I am in the UK so although not together we do get two Valentines Days. Have to look on the positive side of things.

Hey thanks - It's right up there with the 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving and any other adopted American customs.

Happy Thursday. <_<

Should make it "Valentino Day" to celebrate the worlds greatest ever motorcyclist. Public holiday and make it compulsory for anyone with a motorcycle to ride it.

I never really understood the concept of Valentines day. I mean isn't it a day that you declare your love for someone, shower them with gifts etc?

If you loved/liked someone enough would you not tell them all the time rather than wait one day a year to do it?

its a good excuse to get drunk and streak through the neighborhood

Na it works in reverse to that. If you don't get flowers or chocate or something it means they don't care just like every other day of the year. So then you have a valid excuse to dump them or at least have an arguement so you can make up afterwards..

Ah yes, but it is for all us who spend the time doing all those more important things and forget about the one by our side. Once a year we are reminded to show our appreciation. Time to buy her a new vacuum cleaner I recon. She be rapt!!

Whats this, the KB curmudgeons club?

I'm with Kanny, it never hurts to be reminded to express your love for your partner / significant other, we are all guilty of living day to day and forgeting about the effort made in relationships.

Give more flowers!

Oh FFS!!!

Don't you people know anything???

Valentine's Day is about lust and greed: You root each other stupid, then gorge yourself on sumptuously, orgasmically, luscious belgian chocolate, then you both slump into a sugar and coitus induced coma.

And when you wake up, you do it all over again :D :niceone:

Yep, pretty much...

Don't like chocolate? then try honey, peanut butter, almond butter is just the best...or blueberry jam...or whipped cream (yes, I know it's traditional but it works)...

Aw bugger! Now, I'm really hungry...

She didn't mention Valentines once and neither did I. Good girl.

I asked hubby last night "Do we care about Valentines day this year?" and he said "Did you get me anything?" and I said "No" and he said, "Then no, we don't care". Done, he gave me a kiss and I gave him one back, just like we do every morning.:niceone:

and why do you keep quoting that bloody song? It's confusing... it's not supposed to be a love song really, it's supposed to be a song telling the girl to "bring back that loving feeling" aka come back to him. it's a heartbreak song.

lol enough said...

besides, it's YOU who doesnt want to do anything for valentines day!!

I agree with 007XX -- a good opportunity for rich foods, a good shag, and a lie-in. Stuff the card bullshit.

My wife being got me a nice Valentines day present. She was unhappy with my mood swings lately so she brought me one of these mood rings so she could monitor my mood.
We discovered that when I am in a good mood it turns green, and when I am in a bad mood, it leaves a big fucking red mark on her forehead
