TradeMe rant - trying to sell bogan Skyline

Grrr, why do people bid on an auction and have no intention of buying??!! Within 2 weeks I've "sold" the bogan-mobile 3 times (to free some room in the garage for my new bike!), and all the winners have backed out :angry: One even ranted at the missus on the phone because I wouldn't accept half the sale price!

Any ideas where else I can sell it quick? (last listing was http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=140836300) - I just want the darn thing gawn!

Have you read the terms and conditions, have they.
I know that doesnt help get you money but report them to trademe and get them banned.

Unfortunately, with bidders that use names like "playmatez" with 0 trades, it doesn't really inspire confidence.

Sell only to Address Verified members. Or sell via the non-auction way, just a classified listing on Trademe. They call you, then you have got them. Works well.

Yeah I restricted the auctions to authenticated members only, but doesn't seem to stop the monkeys (if only you could exclude anyone with -ve/zero feedback or >5 negative feedbacks as with ebay) - still I guess this kind of cage attracts the wrong sort!

Will probably list it up as a classified next, cheers. Anybody want a Skyline for $500?!
