Hey all,
I have just noticed that my brand new GSXR600 seems to have the screws at the top of the forks in different positions, I am not very mechanically minded..lol so Is it the compression or what? :) I have attached an image for you and highlighted the current positions. Does it mean that they are set unevenly?
Any help would be appreciated ;)

Read your owners manual! There is a base setting for these rebound adjusters expressed as number of turns out from fully turned in and only LIGHTLY seated. The difference in position is how the forks and cap have sat related to one another. Going inwards clockwise slows down fork return ( rebound speed ) Coming out anticlockwise speeds up return. They should both be set the same.
Having said all that the internal high speed rebound valving in these forks is very weak and we have a cost effective mod for them.

Those are the rebound adjusters, the compression adjusters are at the bottom of the fork. Just a suggestion, from personal experience, I found the forks performed better with half a turn from standard IN for the rebound

I can vouch for that! Catch up sometime, Vapor, and have a ride on a bike that has this mod done
