Hi Colsan, Yip 1050, I get most of my parts from Jack Lilley's UK, as parts and accessories are hugely expensive here. Usually get what I need to my door within a week and at half the price of Triumph NZ. An example was the Arrow single exhaust $3000 from the dealer $1900 from JL's including freight to my door.

Hi and welcome to the madhouse. I had an 04 Speed triple bought it new at Anza in Parlmy. Great bike 24.000ks of trouble free riding. I used to get my bits also from Lilly's but find the freight price is the killer. I get most of my stuff from Stateside now. Much cheeper than Lilly's. Check out a site called Starcycle. They are in Calafornia I have a 07 Tiger now I got quoted a Remus powaercone from Lilly's At 900 our money but 100 quid to ship it so an all up cost of $1200 Plus gst if you get lumbered by customs another $180.

I use Starcycle now. I bought the Remus powercone from them it cost me 700nzdollars, door to door I have bought a bit of Biker kit of them as well. Riding Jacket and trou. Good value and only $45 usa dollar door to door. Enjoy your Triumph. Gone are the days of oil leaks and shakin it'self to bits etc. etc. But never forgotten. They were good old bad days!!!!
cheers Huck

Thanks for the info huck, freight was costed a 60 quid and the tax man never billed me on any items so I was wrapped with the prices for accessories coming in at under 1/2 price of the NZ dealers. Pitty I've got all the bits I need now the US web site looks cool!!:drool:

The Street Triple has had some fantastic write ups look good too, I'm sure you'll have a sheeeet load of fun on one!!!

Indeed...I have been fairly lucky in my choice of bikes so far (mind you, a fair amount of research went into it, leading to the purchase).

Hubby had a Speed Triple in 2004 when I met him, and I have of course a very big soft spot for them now :p
We actually both regret selling it, but then, he was hooked on the looks and feel of the Daytona...so what could I say?

Welcome to the site Stampy.

I'm new to the Triumph world so thanks for the Jack Lilley's UK site.
Some real nice stuff there and some of it is very tempting.

I have bought one or two things off Jack Lilley and I can highly recommend them.
Prompt replies to any enquiries and rapid delivery. Because you don't pay the VAT, the last item I bought was actually cheaper (including freight) sent here than if I had bought it in England (in $NZ of course).

Stampy; I only have one bike 'cause I have kids.......seems the older they get the more of my income they consume, even after they leave home!
