I have a spare bike, generally use it when my other bike is getting serviced. Its a yamaha XS250, definately regoed, wof has probably expired a few months ago (but I dont really keep track so am unsure). It is a parallel twin, makes a great tourer, not the fastest bike, but faster than a GN. Its like riding a couch, extremely comfortable. Battery needs charging or replacement, front tyre needs replacement for WOF, rear should probably be replaced as well.
All electrics work well, front left fork seal is leaking and needs replacement, and the chrome on the forks is getting a bit rusty. Speedo and rev counter dont work, but this has never been an issue for getting wofs If anyone wants a cheap 250, make me an offer around the $1000 mark (negotiable). You could probably have it all warrented and registered for around the $1500 dollar mark, I cannot be arsed with it anymore, and will be sitting my full in a week or two, so need to start getting cash together for a bike bigger than 250cc.
