I'm just thinking...
The last trip I did was great :Punk: I loved it
But I heard many people say "I want to do it too", "I'm keen" etc etc
So, If I were to organise a two day trip around Rotorua, Taupo etc etc who would be keen? :Punk:
Just a cheap and not too short (not a ride but a trip) tour perhaps?
Who would be keen?
P.S. not any time soon! I need a good rest now lol Plus save some money too lol

I'm an hour north of rotorua and I might have a couple of riders to meet up with you in rotorua. Will see what I can find.

I'd be up for that.
However I'm doing a four-day tour up north on Monday, then I'll hopefully be doing an overnighter down to Kawhia in March. Funds might be short!

The term "Keen!" doesn't cover what I am!
Also I may (MAY!) be able to get us free accommodation down there... No promises though.

Awesome mate, I don't even mind the floor if it's free!
How about all the way around lake Taupo?
Or a tour of the lakes around Rotorua?
Any body else know some good roads in those areas?

I'm keen EJ but with 2 jobs and uni now starting not sure about whole 2 days - 1 day more likely for me, but if I can get the time off, and funds are available I'm in 100% :Punk:

If I can pull a favor then you might not have too! If we can get some ideas for dates then I can see what I can do. If things line up then I can get 5-6 people (who are happy to clean up after themselves) beds and a safe place to park bikes overnight.

Between work and life and upcoming trackdays not sure I'll be able to but I'm definitely keen.
Want to do east cape one day but that'd be more than 2 days.

I reckon It'd be best if you dont do it during 'holidays' like easter or 3 day weekends. This is when moron cagers go and crash into things, drive on the wrong side of the road and do other cageresque things.

I agree with the 400cc rock-surfing mutant -- surely we should take advantage of the fact that most of us are students and thus have weirdy holidays and can take a break when we like.

I'm definately in, tell me where and where and i'll be there. A trip with 250's should be laugh :scooter: Stopping for petrol every 100k's, everyone having to match the pace of the slowest (cough GN cough), toppling over from the weight of extra gear, can't wait!
