So need thought on what $ i should put on it....

Been dropped at low speed (oops) so a little dented and cracked on RHS.
Needs a little TLC but not been thrashed by me (read: Nana rider )

Done just over 62,000miles (yes miles!)
Pack rack now welded on...(don't ask)

Make sure you put in the fact you are a female rider and of course a price.

A comparison for you... lower miles - selling for $2,800 ono

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/Motorbikes/Motorbikes/Sports/auction-138232733.htm?key=109536

General advice... $2,500... and shine up everything you can make shiny. People love the sound of there own voices... and love to see their own face reflected in a vehicle...

Target market - younger, less money wanting something goes fast so find performance stats of new ones showing they top out at 250kph or whatever it is so they see their GN250 pales in comparison...

She's not asking what you would pay; she's asking what she should advertise it for - a subtly different question.

How much is it insured for? I'm guessing that 'something' could be arranged...

Good onya. A woman's rightful place is on the nearest pillion seat.

Come on, spill the beans then - why this tragic turn of events?

You do realise you will have to ask permission from your fellow Borgs before the collective will allow you to go bikeless for any length of time . . . :argue:

...your fellow Borgs ...

Must watch more Star Trek, Janno, and pay attention this time. There is no "s" in the plural of Borg. It's like Sheep. Baaaa.

Thoughts???
Shine it, take awesome photos of it near sunset when the light is good, then list it on Trademe at the price you'd like, and reduce it by $200 every time you relist it, until it sells.

I got $1200 odd for my 83 VFR750 which was in not so sexy condition compared to what yours looks like. My one had done 110000km so similar miles even.

Has your confidence gone from decking it, hence the sale?

When I wanted to look at selling my bike recently, rang a couple of bike shops in Auckland and told them what I had. They gave me a rough idea what they would sell it for in their shop if it was theirs. Helped me set the price and I recon looking at the interest and calls I have had they were right on.

It all depends on how much in a hurry you are.

Whatever price you advertise her for (apart from if you have an auction on TM) you will get offers for less.

Also if you are prepared to trade her for something else.

I would say: $2,495 ono and see what happens. Would expect that you get max $1,500 for her. But you never know...

Good luck.
