ok I am planning on getting a bike to track and learn to wheelie on. It will be a cheapie (1-2k$).
So I am thinking something along the lines of an oldie-but-goodie FZR400, ZXR400, VFR400, GSX600, RG250, GSXR400 et al. I'm not afraid of larger cc, but I think a litre bike will be gettin' silly on me too quick (just yet.)
I'm handy with the fibreglass so popping a new fairing out of the mold if I smash the old one isn't going to break the bank.
I'm also considering a bike cage to protect its' important parts for WHEN I drop it. I'm GOING to drop it aren't I ?
My 15 yearold son will want in on the action as well, so I have to consider him.
Also are there legal places to practice stunts ? Is it possible to pop a wheelie up on dry firm grass ? (soft landing) :baby:
Constructive criticism please ! Many thanks.
Steve
