rg150 owners manual?

hey does anyone know where i could get a owners manual for my rg? I think its a good idea i get one as i dont know much about my bike. And does anyone know what transmission oil i should be useing?

Colemans has them for $60.....

use 20W-40 for the transmission oil :niceone:
