Oh, the 'R' word....well you dont want to know what sticky is then....:innocent:
You want romantic?
I applaude you Big Dan.
I have only stayed in one Motel on the north shore, and it was across from the hospital on Shakespare rd, i was having ana eye operation at the time, just a short (unromantic) stroll down the road. Good luck mate.

Nice one on Lincoln road opposite the hospital. They have nice rooms and pool and spa.. pretty clean too. About $65 a night from memory.

Cant remember the name, just that it has a big sign saying "sky tv" on it!

Should be something there... can't vouch for a bike lock up, but you may find some can accommodate you and the bike if you ask.

So you want a quick shag, get the girl away from her parents ;)? I know buddy, I've dated schoolgirls too

Hotel Formule1 right in the CBD is cheap ($70?) and modern, comfortable. Rooms are cramped, but a damn sight better than what else is available under $100. Book through wotif. Here's a link, got photos: http://www.wotif.com/hotel/View?hotel=W44179&page=1&viewType=all

The husband and I went away for a 'romantic' night a few months back in Aucks... I will ask him the name of the place, it was nice and private. Nothing really flash though. I cant remember the name of the place, I only saw the outside for a moment...lol. (it was a surprise night away)
I will ask him once he gets home.
