Today I learnt a lesson that i am not sure I can explain properly. I know I get uptight when people on here trash me for my choice of bike but....

Last night I got a text from a Kber I know well telling me a fellow KBer is in horspiddle. Not bike or crash related. This KBer I consider my friend and a damn good bloke.

Went to see him today and you know I hope beyond hope that it cheered him up. Didnt matter what bike I ride or anyone else in the room. Just meant that we were there for him.

my own personal opinion is i dont care what you the fact you ride is more important, we share the same passion and both know that feeling you get when riding.
plus there is nothing wrong with your type of bike i think its a sexy beast! :2thumbsup

Thats what mates are for,my best mate rides a Harley,lives,eats breaths,sleeps Harleys,i dont understand his passion for them but then again to be his mate i dont need to.I love the inevitable bullshit that gets flung about at rallys,ie jap rubbish etc and i give as good as i get.They all have 2 wheels and we all arrive at the same destination having enjoyed how we got there and thats all that really matters.Good on ya for being there for your mate.

So how come you get uptight about the bike business anyway? Your choice, and if you love it, and I bet the bystanders do when you ride up, then you have made the right choice.

I'm not too sure about this lesson 101 thing, are you just saying no matter what you ride, when someone is in hospital, it doesn't matter?

Crikey I'd say it doesn't matter anytime and if they give you stick about it, just laugh and assume it is jealousy speaking, or they're just crazy - that explains most things with bikers.
