Anyone know a good (i.e., cheap) pannel beater in auckland / north shore?

I slid my bike into someones parked car and need to get a quote.

Thanks

Havent you learned to ride yet?

This incident scares me so much I might give up riding.

Carpro in Penrose are very good and also very well priced. Got them to do quite a lot of work for me on bikes I have rebuilt as well as cars I have had work on.

How did you slide into someones parked car? Low side around a corner I am guessing?

Slid? No offence but how?

It generally involves falling off the bike, followed shortly thereafter by a demonstration of the fact that plastic and aluminium have significantly less grip on the road than warm rubber.

Now that money you're forking out for panel-beating COULD have been spent on learning to ride so's ya don't need any panelbeater...too late now eh!!

If you had insurance you wouldnt need to find a cheap panel beater. Id be pissed is someone hit my car and did a 1/2 assed job to repair it because they were not covered with appropiate insurance.

We knew THAT!

I guess 3rd party insurance doesn't seem to suck so much now eh?<_<

Sometimes ShitHappens.

OP requested assistance finding a panel beater not an epicaricacic orgy.

(D'y' like that ? Huh? Huh? I finally found the English translation of Schadenfreude !)

I had to go look that up.

I have no enjoyment in his misfortune (although I would get enjoyment from the orgy bit assuming I could select the other parties)

I was just commenting on the fact that he is looking to get a cheap panel beater as opposed to looking for a good quality panel beater.

So he manages to ride into a parked car - and the poor git that owns the car gets a cheap job done on it - Id be pissed and Im sure if it was your car or bike you would be as well.
