Well with so much flack aimed at cops these days today's experience was a refreshing one...not that I have bad experiences with cops:rolleyes:

Esmonde Road going home. Was going to filter at the lights but cop car behind me. Cop car then pulls around alongside me. Cop says "Go on cruise down the middle"..."But you were behind me" I say..."No probs mate, I am a biker too"...so I filtered.

Nice end to the day...wonder if it was a KBer??

Iv had good experiences with motorbike cops too, i came up to a motorbike cop diverting traffic one day when trying to get onto the motorway, i was sat there waiting for him to let us go, he pointed at me, n waved me up, stopped the on coming traffic, gave me a nod and gestured me threw, then went back to letting the on coming cars threw while the que id been in still had to sit and wait :woohoo:

i was chuffed and very amused....certainly gave me a new perspective on some cops

Got a few tickets that i deserved but my last experience was a good one as she let me off. i would say it was my charm but probably not. It did the world of good to me and my wavering view on the police. now i think they get a bit too much of a hard time. but like anything it just takes one bad apple....
