Heyloo, I'm pretty newb with bikes at the moment, only just getting into them now in my young days.. At the moment I just need to buy a new battery for my bike - the one I have is pretty old.
I went to super cheap autos, the didn't have the right battery.

I ride (When it works) a 1983 Kawaski CSR 250.
The code on my current battery is YB10L-A2, no idea what that means.. Not sure of the voltage, but it's most likely 6V. Any ideas where would be best to get a new one?

Hi

That's a very common battery.
A lot of the car parts outlets don't do bike batterys.
Probably around 50-50 dollars.
Cheers

Yeah you wont have too much lucky at supercheap and repco etc. Try a local bike store. If they dont have one then they should be at least able to point you into the right place.
The numbers on the battery tell information about the positive and negative posts on the battery, which way around, size of the post and physical size of the battery. Good luck!
