A chat thingy that does it all? Suggestions for me?

So, there are all these different kinds of instant messaging, and chatting etc.
Is there one bit of software I can install on my computer that can handle them all, or do I have to install a different programme for each one?
I already have Google Talk and MSN Messenger installed, do I need some others to get ICQ and stuff?
