Stolen scooters: 10 a week in Welly

was speaking to the guy who does all the work on my scooter and was speaking about the numba of scooters/mopeds geting stolen at the moment hes was saying that there around about 10 a week stolen in welly and that all they have to do is take your number plate of and get it regestid as a bike they have built up jst wanna no you guys think about this :scooter::scooter::scooter::scooter::scooter::scoo ter::scooter: :scooter::scooter::scooter:

if you get yours stolen they reckon you can kisss it good buy they will trash it or sell it cheap with a new number plate

Sounds about right.
There's so many of them around, and yep, all you need to do is go and get it re-reged (they don't ask to see the bike and there's no wof/vin to be done.)

Make sure you lock your scooter, and get it insured (costs less than $100 a year for full cover, I think mine is around $70ish)

I got full cover for my SJ50, costs me $150 a year approx. Just wonderin if anyone has a policy where you are required to lock your scooter with a bike lock , like mine does?

yea has mine has 2 be locked up as part of my cover how easy did you find it 2 get urs insured
