Yes - Hitcher posted about it this morning.

Two possible positives -

1. It could conceivably result in only rich stupid idiots buying expensive fast motorcycles being registered on the road (and killing themselves in record time)

2. It could result in motorcyclists becoming "outlaw" types and thereby feared by the general public, which in turn might just result in a few of them actually noticing us on the road.

Author needs to get out more, anyway if there were more people on bikes then drivers might be more aware of motorcyclists and stop cutting them off, causing accidents.
