Hi I need some better rg150 side mirrors. My mirror glass was cracked when I brought it so i'm after some new aftermarket ones that actually work well and are priced reasonably.

So any reccomendations?

Cheers

I would find second hand ones that happen to fit.
Most modern mirrors mount the same, you just need to find ones where the two threads are the same distance (or close to) apart.

I smashed one of the wing mirrors on my wife's rg150 when I tried to find out why it slid on a corner. It slid on the corner so I was able to diagnose a dodgy front tyre as being the culprit.

However I went to price wing mirrors and had a fit at the cost of genuine suzuki parts so I measured the distance between the holes and went to Cycletreads in Auckland and bought a pair of lovely mirrors for about $20 each. Not Suzuki specific but close enough to fit through the holes and get bolted in.

And the bonus was they were on longer stalks so you could see traffic that was behind you instead of spending all day admiring your elbows!

I might do that I rang up colemans and they gave me a price which was pretty ridiculous compared to 20 bucks for one but it was real. And yeah the rg mirrors are shit house.
