I was at Thunder yesterday afternoon. It was pretty dry and dusty. Ya need a bit a rain (but not to much) to make that place interesting. Otherwise you gotta go to damn fast to make it fun and then it really hurts when you get it wrong! LOL!

Only for 2 hours. A & B grades so you get 20 mins on then 20 mins off x 3 sessions.
Its ok for an arvo ride and you are fresh enough to ride again the next day. $20.00 for non members. More fun than Ardmore in my opinion.
Might be heading to the Sandpit Friday arvo.

Heading down to thundercross. Going down tommorow and camp the night. Got acouple of girls to teach so should be fun. If anyone goes down come say hi. We will probably be the only ones camping so look for tents, I will be the one on the kx250f with a beer in my hand haha.

Yep found that one out. I did tell my mates to ring...but no. Got down there and were told they didn't have resourse consent, bugger. We were still allowed to camp out so made camp drank shit loads and thrashed the girls bikes around the camp site and then rode all the next day..with hangovers. Had fun though :2thumbsup

My god the sandpit has changed. What a difference!! You guys have made it really good out there. Lots of new tracks all over the place, and half of the routes have been changed so you go the other way now.

To be honnest the entire place feels refreshed and I had a blast. I was getting bored out there the time before last I went, but with so many new places to explore its bloody awesome. Roll on winter I say!

i took cheese on some new john nic \ mick brenan tracks, can be a lil difficult on the big bikes, but it teachs more bike control at a slower speed.

for the time being, just had to buy the misses a new car, or should i say second hand. one of those starlet sports, its got mags and all. looks the shiz. but it ate all of the left over money i had.....

going to wait and see what happens in 2009. if ktm brings out a 350sx (4 stroke) or the 150sx (2 stroke) i will be racing off to the shop. if not i will go and see scott about an rm250. will just have to wait and see.... for now i am happy with my rmz and an old bsa that should be in my garage from next week!
