last chance ride..fork oil...how much, 2004 rm250????

hey guys i got one last chance to ride before i go over seas next week (gutted) but my suspension has been leaking and i need to know how much oil to put in the front, i've been told to use 5 weight as i weigh 100k but the guy couldn't tell me how much!!
