Yeah, I'm just bored and thinking about the fact that i have to work at 8am til 5.30pm tomorrow. I get paid time and a half and get a day in lieu and something else i think but i can't remember which is all good but for the fact that no one's going to come into a pet shop on Easter Monday!!
(I know, I know HTFU AJ! :p)
is anyone else working tomorrow (or has worked any time this weekend) and what does your workplace give you in return for working a public holiday??

Isn't it great to be at work with hardly anyone around. :niceone:

if there was a surcharge you had to add on (which is probably so, coz helen and i had to add one on waitangi day i think it was) then you'll be getting time and a half for working tonight.
as for the above people, i sympathise with those who have to work as well, and i curse you others for sleeping in and sitting in front of the TV! lol... oh well i'll be laughing on my three day weekend (next monday off) next weekend!!

lol, i get bored when that happens.. in a retail store there's NOTHING to do when there's no one there! you can't even throw dog toys at your workmates because they're not there, or sneaking off on many many breaks.. lol...
maybe i should spend the day re-organising the store to confuse my boss whom i think isn't even going to be there tomorrow either (she never seems to be at work on days like that!)

I've worked all weekend, met some cool new people, and extracted some quality riding experiences. Just do stuff and don't concentrate on the negative so much. I'm going to get two lieu days out of it and head up to New Plymouth and get some Ohlins stuff for the forks of the Zed in the next month or so.
The best thing about this weekend was the kids only locating ONE of their Easter eggs this morning and expressing delight at finding such a cool egg, and determining to share it. "Bugger", thought I. I could have saved some petrol money there, but I wouldn't have seen a 4 year levitate if I'd been that selfish.

No, not working Monday. It is in fact the last day for me of 19 days holiday (since 6 March). It's the longest holiday I can remember having. Yipee! Wouldn't mind another couple of days just to do a couple more things around home but it's OK. Weekend is only 4 days away.

I was on the stage or in the organisers room during the draw, and you may have noticed that it was a bloody copper who gave you a poor farm. By the time I came out you had gone, and I was going to tell you to send one of your team to my place. I haven't been able to use a rifle since my crash last year, and we're getting overrun by bunnies on our few acres.
