Cant stay where I am any longer, so looking for somewhere else in Dunedin, would like a garage and relatively nice place.

Quiet IT Professional, easy going, early 20's. Not into drunken parties etc.

Have been looking at a few, but not many with a garage, and the ones so far are not overly impressive...

I know one place with a good garage up North East Valley, but they are chronic dope smokers and party hard a lot. The place is a tip, there's rubbish and dust everywhere, they have a massive amp stack for their guitars in the lounge, there are no clean dishes, one of them is manic-depressive, both are unemployed, and the wallpaper is stained with mould in every room.

But the garage is a double, and it's empty.
No lease, and the rent is only $70 for a fairly nice sunny room, albeit with mould stains.

True story, I kid you not.

True story, I kid you not.

Bike in one side, bed in the other. Screw the mouldy room when you can live in the garage. I would but mine is drafty, cold and way too small
