i have made the "Screw driver key" for my ride, see what will you guys got for your bike:apint:
this is my second time since i had made one for my girl friend as her birthday gift last year which called "the jack head":

and i made one for myself this year as to celebrate that i "legally" can throw my L plate away:banana:
first of all, you'll have to get the "key knob material", dont know what will you guys choose, i ordered a stubby screw driver from trademe which cost me $1.25+shipping, anything that your key can fit will work (eg. i twisted the head of a plastic doll to make it "Jack Head")
other tools you may need: a saw or saw blade, sand paper, pliers & tongs, a hammer, a key ring & chain, and a hook with whorl that can be screwed into hard surface, also a hot melt glue gun:

then we can start workin on it, now take the part you need, for my case, i teared the stick out from the screw driver:

next step is to cut the unnecessary part of the key off (depanding on what knob are you trying to fit the key in, i did nothing to the key in Jack's case):

Then, dig the key into the knob and see whether its fit, if not....cut some more off, use the glue gun nicely to fill up the empty:

...after it dries off, carefully cut the overflow part and sand it till it looks like:
