Arvo ride to the Sundown Rally (5 April)

ok heres the haps... whos in for a ride this Sat the 5th around 1ish to the greeta vally pub where the Sundown rally is held via the Weka pass and Scargill?
For those not staying it will proberly be a straight ride back to Chch.

Wish i could mate,why not go up to wai whatever it is and cut through that inland road which brings you out opposite the Greta pub?fwiw.Have a good un.Edit........or is that what your on about.

Could be keen - however, it being tomorrow I expect to have a few errands to sort out that couldn't be handled during the week.

Might be up for a later start around 3 pm or so... Especially if we go out of our way to find a more interesting route than the Lobotomy that is SH1 north outta Chch!

I'm following Wayne up, we're meeting him at the garage at lunchtime, and will have Tim from USA and Nathan (Little boy) with me. Will keep an eye out for you on the way out of the city - do you have any plans to meet up anywhere?

Looking forward to the ride, even if it's just a short way away. I tried to go to this rally last year and we got the wrong weekend would you believe!! So have had to wait all year for my turn to come round again. Just seriously looking forward to a break.
