Because it sucks to be shot at while running along side an APC and tripping over. It also looks cool. I have to look cool in public you know. It's my personal motto.

Meh, fair enough.

I remember my first jump, the instructor was wearing knee pads, didnt know why until we saw where we were landing

Those pads arent for jumps, they are for combat. I have different ones now, and my cousin has those black ones. But neither of us use them anymore.

I never had alot to do with tankies and drivers. I was inf and FE. Moved on to bigger and better things.

Trust me, they do use pads on jumps from time to time.

You still in?

Nice.

The majority of NZ drivers wouldn't get the message though...

I'm trying to find the mock 1920's british motorcycle awareness ad that someone posted just recently. Couldn't find anything under the various search terms I used.

Finished with the motorcyclist not seeing the car driver and running over the car with his tank.

Can someone dredge it up for me, please?

Now I do wonder though, why is it that I can picture Hitcher in that tank? :innocent:

And I love that Snickers ad with Mr T - it's so un-PC, with the smoke belching out of the tank, anything getting in the way gets squashed. It would be just perfect, except he throws a Snickers at that dumbarse's head instead of firing a round through it.

With a vehicle like that I wouldn't have to put up the the jibba jabba coming out of the mouths of pathetic motorists that think they've been hurt by my lane splitting antics. Crazy fools, do it again and you'll meet my friend T-72 aka PAIN

Oh I do say, how spiffing. Just not cricket eh wot?
Maybe if bikes came with a selection of artillery which we were entitled to use cars would get out of the way more readily. (And only James Bond would be entitled to a car with any such gadgetry!)

Dino

Fantastic, I'll be thinking of that tank next time a cage pulls out in front of me.
