Anyone looking for a flat at the moment? Looking at a place in Greenhithe and got to try find some more people
Nice place which is secluded and surrounded by bush. Very close to the beach/mudflat. It is getting a bit of work done to it in the next few weeks to get it looking good again after previous tenants. It is a lovely location for someone still wanting to be close to everything and also get a more secluded peaceful feeling.
Got 2 spare rooms.
1 downstairs which would be $140pw, could fit a double/queen (quite happy for a couple to split the cost)
1 small room upstairs for $120pw.
Also thinking about living in one of those 2 rooms myself and renting the main room for $170pw. Lovely room which goes straight out onto the deck and get plenty of sun. Perfect for a couple
Plus expenses.
Got most of the general furniture, just need to get a bigger TV and a dining table and were sorted. Space for bikes in the garage and parking on driveway for cars.
Place has a fireplace with wood for a year or so and a great deck. Close to the water.
Will have a puppy which i'm getting as soon as i get the place :)
