Rental place in Papakura

I've got a friend looking for a place to rent within the next couple of weeks i just wanted to know if any of you know of i nice place which has the following requirement

$310 max per week
2-3 bedrooms
Garage
decent yard
Fully fenced (not essential)
Nice area of Papakura

It's not so much about needing a visa... I just really like cake...

And I of course understand this.

Which is why I rely on shonky visas, and other peoples cake!
