Aprilia RS 250

This is one of Italy's most well known and sought after motorbike models. Known for its amazing power to weight ratio, nimble and sharp handling and handcrafted beauty, these bike were built purely to meet entry requirements for the Aprilia 250GP bikes.

This bike does need a lot of TLC however, as it has been left in a garage and un-ridden for a while.

This bike was has had all the road equipment removed (though its all still boxed) and taken to the track for a handful of races and club meetings.

This bike is best suited to a passionate road rider who is looking to restore this bike back to its former glory. Currently the bike is un-warranted and de-registered, but as mentioned, has all the right parts to put back together to make it road worthy.

Alternatively, if you were a racer on a budget, but had balls of steel, his bike is pretty much ready to go!

All engine tuning modifications were carried out by qualified mechanics at two of Wellingtons best motorbike workshops.

This bike also has a full Arrows exhaust system (headers, expansion chambers and mufflers)

As I no longer require the bike, ALL the spare parts and associated equipment will be part of the sale. Such items include - 5 drawer lockable toolbox, workshop manual, spare front brake pads, fluids and lubricants, bike stand, assorted tools etc etc the list goes on...

Please email me with any mechanical queries and Ill send you a response or email to arrange a viewing time. No trades - this is a sale only arrangement.

What type of impact has it had? Damage?
Is this the first model they brought out - 3.0 x17 front wheel - 40mm Marzocchi forks.
or the second model? - 3.5 x17 front wheel - 41mm Showa forks.
