FS: RF900 Parts

As per title have a few parts for a RF900.....


1) Custom can. Polished Aluminium built my Matthew Meads (Meads Speed). He had the bike for a few days & built it specifically for it. Didn't need re-jetting or anything so neither should yours. Sounds bloody wicked compared to the factory can, a real nice howl but not too offense enough to piss the neighbours off. Can post pics if required.

2) Rear Shock. Came off a 98 RF done only 7,500 miles (12,000km's)

3) Two Front Brake Disks. Off the same 98 RF done just 7,500 miles.


Reasonable offers considered. In no major hurry to sell as I may purchase another RF.

Not sure yet, have my eye on a few dif bikes, CBR900RR, GSXR750, GSXR1100, VTR 1000 or maybe another RF, they are that good I reckon :hug:

yeh man, they are; a tad heavy for quick riding, the forks can feel a bit 'twisty bendy', but most of the time they do most of the job well! even good enough for knee down & black lines :whistle:, so i've been told

Yeah not a full sports bike for sure but still pretty damned good. Feels like more sports than a tourer, say 2/3 sports to one 1/3 tourer?

Yep sure can get the knee down on occasion lol, but am very picky on what corners that happens. Haven't left any blackies on exit of a corner myself as I haven't ever pushed the RF to that level & don't think I ever would to be honest. I like to leave some head room for rider error, other vehicles & the wonderful unpredictable NZ roads :wacko:
