Imagine if god told noah to build one these days. Noah would be pumped up to the eyeballs on anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, stimulants and tranquilizers. the poor bugger wouldn't be able to lift a hammer let alone shag every animal.....

Let alone building permits,regional authority authorisation,osh,labour dept laws with hours,local council noise control,animal control,gst,taxes,fringe benefit tax for builders,insurance,contents and house/vehicle.
