Need help with yzf450 suspension!!

Could anyone give me some basics on how to set my bike up for my height can i just adjust screws and springs? or is it a bit more extensive than that. I've played with the screws on both the forks and the rear shock and i think it's all gone down the gurglar now??? HELP Plz

Suspension is generally set up for weight, riding style and riding conditions - not height. The only simple adjustment to make for your height is dropping (or raising) the forks in the triple clamps but this will in turn affect the way the bike steers and handles.
