Could anyone give me some basics on how to set my bike up for my height can i just adjust screws and springs? or is it a bit more extensive than that. I've played with the screws on both the forks and the rear shock and i think it's all gone down the gurglar now??? HELP Plzhttp://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/images/smilies/doctor.gif

You need to access the owners service manual that comes with that bike new. Also being an MX bike the service intervals for the suspension are especially frequent. On a typical motocross course the suspension will undergo approximately 17,000 compression cycles EVERY lap.
Your post rather emphasises what I have been trying to very reasonably point out on another thread, met with a little emotional and flippant retort.
Accessing that manual and reading it will give you the base settings and tuning suggestions.
