U-turn cops

Remember the two incidents involving cops pulling U-turns in front of bikers? Those were a few months back now. Anyone know what happened to the SCU investigations, and if any action was taken against the cops concerned?

The cop in the South Island gorge has been charged, (two counts of careless causing injury from memory). Not sure about the other one.

As a side note, I did see one of the hurt riders on TV the other night, he was to have yet another operation but it had to be put off because of the junior doctors strike.
