Great day for it down here with plenty of riders from Dunedin and Timaru etc coming down for a look,congrats to the local guys for putting on a great show.Anyway a few pics.

Thanx for your hard work, some nice bikes there. Like the goldwing trike,looks like a decent effort.Not sure I'd want one but As art work they go from utter shite to Beautiful. Well done. :yes:

That "old style" as you put it, is probably the most "common" style on the road. Yes It is "retro" looking to many who prefer the sports bike look, to me the "sprot bike" look is uncomforabile and a copper attractor.
Some really great looking bikes in that line up, 98tls. It is good to see the older small capacity bikes being entered and having attention given to them. many people would not be ridding today if it was not for those little underpowered jappas that we could afford to buy new in the 70"s on an apprentists wages.
Albeit reallydreaming we were riding that CB500 or Z or what ever was the "in" bike at the time as we cruzed the main streets on out wee toy.
(well I did anyway)
Such is it now that the bike sceen has changed that all rides are accepted by %90 of riders regaurdles their heritige, unlike in the not to distant past when bikes were kicked over just because they were jappas.
