TomTom Audio?

I borrowed a TomTom in Oz and wouldn't ya know it. Since I gave it back the audio doesnt work!

It will only work when connected to earphones thru the audio jack. :argh:

Any one got any ideas? It worked fine to navigate back into Brizzy??

I bought a TomTom and the audio never worked. Got it home for an hour and took it back, got my money back.

Maybe not relevant but my Garmin external speaker wont work unless on external (ciggy or mains) power

plug the ear plugs back in and out a few times.

The little audio jack has a built in switch to turn off the speaker and I'd bet that the switch is stuck.

If that doesn't work try a little WD-40 type spray on the headphone plug before plugging it in/out a few times.
