So I haven't been on the bike for ages!:crybaby: Today was the first opportunity since the school holidays started, and I have a few jobs to do in town. Out comes the bike, and off I go!:niceone: Well, I had to go the 'long' way to town,:msn-wink: then do a couple of jobs. I go to head home and wouldn't you know it the bike just didn't agree! A detour is in order, methinks... Well, hours later I get home and realise I haven't had anything to eat since breakfast!! Somehow, the clock tells me it is tea time, which is damn puzzling! Heehee...Trippin'!!
Does anyone else have this 'problem'?

Hmmm, I prefer to just have some liquids and keep riding ... but if'n I want to eat, I will find a nice place that I can sit down at and scoff away to my hearts content.
But realising that what goes in must come out ... and trying to find a place to do your business can be quite a challenge when you are out in the boondocks (note to self, carry sheets of toilet paper! :slap:)

Yep - I get the same. Doesn't really feel hungry while riding.
All you need for a day in the saddle is a musli bar and three cups of water... ;)
I really have to force myself to drink and eat if I spend a day at the track. If you don't you'll get dehydrated and run low on energy -> focus starts slipping and/or you get a headache.

Gawd, I envy you,I swear if I have one of those V's or a coffee while out n about, it bypasses all my internal organs. 1 swig = 1 wee and how the hell can I wee out more than I've drunk !
I spend half my rides looking for a dehydrated bush that might be in need of a nice refreshing sprinkle of pure 'v'. :oi-grr:
Yep, I forget to eat when riding. Sometimes I only stop for coffee and urination, and then get ravenous much much later.
Once I forgot to eat for almost two days because I was working so hard. Just didn't have time. Survived on coffee.

I seriously doubt LSD would, ill rephrase that, proper LSD would definitely NOT make your riding any better. The good ol U.S & A give speed to their fighter pilots & have been doing so for a long time.

No no, you are getting me wrong.
I implied that it would improve, specifically your, riding. And LSD would...
And they would only give their pilots speed because their planes are so slow!
I refer to the first line of my signature.

I hate deciding what to eat when I'm trippin', you know you feel hungry, and the food looks so good, but you just can never make up your mind.
As for riding. Yeah quite often I get caught up in the ride and forget to eat, and drink properly. Had one too many headaches on long rides to have not learnt my lesson from it.

Hmmm. Strolled on in here thinking you were talking about a whole different type of tripping.
Being old enough to speak from personal experience I can assure you that genuine LSD and motorcycles are a bad combination.

Yeah, it's a bit of a dilemma really - and not the right time to be making hard decisions either. I usually say get plenty and it'll be right.
I remember once after having shared a good smoke with some fellas on Cathedral Square, running to KFC getting a 20-odd chicken pieces box with heaps of extras and then jumping right into a cab. Damn what a grease orgy that turned out to be - but I can honestly say I ate it all!

I eat before I go, but can forget to eat on the long rides.
on the other hand, some pillions stop me every 30-45 minutes for a snack, which is a very nice way to travel too.
