2005 CB900 Hornet in MINT condition,

VERY reluctant sale, i am only selling due to me going on an OE. This bike would not be for sale otherwise

This bike is in MINT condition and has just received a service. The CB900 Hornet is a great bike for commuting, touring and is still heaps of fun in the twisys. She has never missed a beat and is heaps of fun to ride. I have made a few modifications and they are as follows.

*Buell Lightning dual headlights and windshield (still have stock one in a box somewhere). I have also moded the switch so one light illuminates on low beam and then both on full.(for some reason the buells dont do that stock)

*Renthal handlebars (the stock ones are a common gripe among Hornet riders)

*Aftermarket indicators (Smaller than stock but not insanely small) I have received a wof with these indicators on them

*The mufflers have been professionally de-baffled. Nice sound, loud under acceleration but not too loud IE:you dont need to ride with plugs. The bike also got a wof with the de baffled cans on.

*A packrack is currently fitted. I also have the sissy bar that comes stock with the bike if you choose to remome the packrack.

If this dosent excite you check your pulse......you might be dead!!

All the best with the sale man, my Hornet has the same headlights and pipe mods, but I had no interest on here or Trademe.

Hey chief. Would you sell the headlights seperately? are they H3 or H4?

I was thinking the same thing.
The Buell lights just make the front of the Hornet.

They are SHIT LOADS cheaper than the standard item, go buy a new set.

Buell bits are the cheapest I know of. But if you get the indicators like are on mine, ya need to get the flasher unit or put a resistor in the system, other wise they flash too fast.

Sorry to go off topic in the thread, as you were.

Cheers man, it's a crappy time of year to try and sell a bike aswell. I dont need this sold untill december anyways. Funny how a bike with the work done can take longer to sell than a super quiet stock one.

Bike looks nice I'm not in the market for another one yet, I've done 86,000km on my 03 model and it hasn't missed a beat either. I'm racing it in clubmans this year so by December I might need a new one !
