That would be the tracks that were used for the 2 man yesterday. There were a few new flowing connections that worked, but some of the whoops were getting a bit large.

Danger

i find if you ride more with people who are quicker than yourself you learn to keep up or get left behind. Youll allways drop it a bit more but we learn from our mistakes dont we? Same gose if you ride with slower people you will wind down to their speed and find it hard to get back up to pace ( fittness most of the time ) pardon the pun you get stuck in a rut doing what your use to.

Plus 2 or so months off dosnt help

maybe a little faster than you is good.

i have been riding with a group of guys that flat out rip! it is putting me off more than encouraging me at present...... just can't keep up. (these guys race at national level compared to me that just does local events)

i think the last time i rode with you cheese was bloody good fun. we just need to get out more.

Well it is a farm based ride so its never going to be like riding in the forest, but there is a few sections of trees, I would prefer to ride out there than at woodhill when its dry, beacuse once winter really kicks in most of the riding will be at woodhill and that gets pretty boring week in week out.
