For those not tied to a real job, some shift workers are having a bit of a ride don,t mind wed or thurs , will see whos keen and advise, will be south and avg to fast, but all welcome, will be 22 to raglin (via the hill) or coramandell depending on interst.Slow arse :banana: man from TGA welcome

Hit one bump and "a little over" the speedlimit..... up came the front wheel and when it landed NOT ONE wiggle!!!! its going to be hard getting rid of the chicken strips on the front....I need to follow you MR....

I think you'll be surprised with how much they have improved and how much faster they have now become. If it's dry and you are still at the back keeping up with them, you'll be doing better than what I did.

I'd be cool to compaire our 600s anywhoo. I hope Andy1 will be there with his 600 too.

Nobody home so its nice an quiet. Had enough of these bloody last few weeks of riding in the wet and having to be careful round the shiny wet corners.. no fun.

BTW went to kerry's yesterday and saw the bike for the first time.
Yes the chain has munched a lot of shit on its way thru.
Cracked the clutch/stator cover.. , broke clutch piston/slave cylinder.. hence clutch fluid pissing out.
but the worst part is what i was fearing.. the chain has smashed some of the block and you can see thru it to gearbox/bottom end.. hence oil pissed out.
Appears to be some marks on the rear sproket in the troughs between the teeth where it possibly could have picked something up and spat the chain??
Insurance co now been informed and are going to look into it. They didnt sound to promising on the "mechanical failure" thing so heres hoping.
Ah shit, glad they are at least looking at it.... i dont know what the hell it could of been :wacko: especially on the motorway... so thats why the rear sproket looked so munched...

We gave it a go and I guess it wasn't too bad, we left AB headed towards 22, but turned east after a few slippery moments, via mercer and onto # 2, down towards Miranda and on to kopu, from here it was dry as, nice fast run to Whangamata, Two Smoker setting a very quick pace over the hill.Saw 1 :Police: who did not seem interested in Chris or I(luckily) had a bit of lunch at whangmata, sadly started to rain as we headed back, still managed a quick trip back, by Kopu it was looking a bit dodgy, back via miranda, #2 and bombay, Devus and TS left me at bombay and I returned home for a quick shower and get ready for night shift, I guess we had about 60% dry roads for the day. still better than working :yes:

Im really starting to get a feel for my 600, but still have a way to go before at MR pace... have reached the edge of the front tyre now.....
