Is it registered? if not, do you any ownership history in case someone wants to re VIN it.
Does it have a warrant?

it goes, would need to go throung the VIN, you would get cheep REG coz of the age. I have vined a few very old bikes, with no problem, it still has a numberplate but no papers.
As my old man used to say, and probably still does, bantams were a piece of shit when they were new and time hasn't been kind. Ain't no way they are worth that amount of money.
First 4 speeds were 1966. Got engine and frame numbers ? Got proof on transfer from last registered owner? (eg receipts, etc) . Do you know what year it was last registered?

I will have to check that, I think you are right, might be a 3 speed. I don't ride it much.
The last registered owner is dead, its a 1958. was last registered in 1977.
I've been thinking of a Bantam lately - it would be better than a scooter, and pretty reliable to someone who knows about them (my wife can strip down a Bantam and put it together blindfolded).PM me your price range,so I don't insult you in public.
