Howdy

Would like to save some dollars and buy replacement bearing from a bearing shop, bearing are the swing arm roller ones the motor mounting shaft goes through.

The old bearing are mangled and the only ID I could find on them is TA230.

Could someone please tell me what bearings I have to ask for ?

Bearing in question are part number 90246 in the exploded diagram.

TA2030 is what it says in the pic, last time i wanted a bearing i just rang the bearings place, and gave them the number on it (TA2030 in this case), they looked it up and said come in tomorrow to pick it up....

Cheerz Squiggles for the reply. Easy as by the sounds. Just rung dealer and getting whole swing arm kit for $73, will use your info when other bearing needed. Amazing what internet competition does to dealer prices.

$73 is good value for money. You're not only getting the bearings and seals, you're getting the hardened steel shafts that act as the inner bearing race as well which a bearing shop would not be able to supply.

(Btw, that price is for an aftermarket kit - not genuine Kawasaki parts.)
