WTB. We are after a 250cc bike, a well used bike, (was thinking something like the old XR honda) it needs to be something for the kids to learn on,

DR250s from around 85 are going cheap at the moment, good wee thumpers with very similar engine to the gn but plenty of go. Low seat height too.
