Anybody used a HJC CL-XS?

Not having much luck with ADV helmets and kinda at the last resort. I had the Grex RD1 till i crashed. It was OK but was very easy to fog and there was bugger all room between my chin and the front of the helmet. Then tried a Airoh S4 and found it didn't fit very well (would move my glasses around when as the helmet moved when over 80 kph) and whistled badly.

I've got a cheep HJC motox helmet that fits really nicely and I quite like wearing it when it is warm but when it rains or is really cold (below about 5 degrees) then not so pleasant.

Thinking of trying a HJC CL-XS but I don't like the look of how the visor seals (or doesn't which might = whistling) and I don't like the talk of the visor being flimsy and without a tab for opening it. Positive as I see it, is that it will give plenty of wind and rain protection while still flowing enough air to stop the fogging and that it is supposedly the same shell as the HJC motox helmet I have so should fit nicely.

Anybody got one and used it for long enough to have an opinion about the visor seal and durability? Going to take a can of HTFU and use the motox helmet if the CL-XS visor sux.

P.S. I'm an under paid engineer that doesn't do enough riding or have enough cash to splash out on a Shoei Hornet or Arai Tour X.

I've used one for the past 2 1/2 years. First when riding a F650GS and found it a bit noisy and prone to wind buffeting, especially when looking over the shoulder prior to lane changing at open road speeds. This was sort of fixed by padding out the check area a bit. The problem is the longer chin piece compared to a road helmet, not much you can do about that in a dirt style helmet.
Found the visor seals ok, the things drafty anyway so any flow around the seal isn't going to be noticed to much.
Raising the visor takes a wee bit of getting used to as the shape makes the side visable when lifted, once youre used to it you don't notice it.
Changing back to a road hemet feels clastophobic.
Changed bikes to a KTM990 Adventure, immediately noticed a reduction in noise and no more of the over shoulder buffeting twisting the helmet. At high speed (200Kph at Manfield) no lifting etc, again this is due to the bikes fairing.

So I guess what I'm saying is that it may well depend on what bike your riding as to how you feel about the helmet.

Over all I'm happy with it.
