Yes, the moderators can do something about it if we are told about it. Its no use just bleating about it on the public forum if no moderators even know its happening.

If you will tell me, or any other moderator, the member's name we will stop them imediately, but just saying you have an email without giving their KB name is no help at all.

Edit: I just realised that this complaint is about an account that was already dealt with shortly after 8:00 am this morning.

It's an ongoing battle. The accounts are deleted as soon as they are spotted. Members need to let us know immediately they get a dodgy PM.
