Michael raced his first Superbike round in Germany, on a 08 Honda CBR1000RR

Ended up qualitying 37 out of 39 for the race.
Then went 37 to 20 in that race.

In the second race while batting for 21st he decided to have a wee slide.

I guess he just found out bikes are diferent to cars or somthing.

Ah, to be ex world F1 champ, no day job, love speed, boatloads of money to burn, what to do... Obvious really - Go superbike racing.
Half of me jealous as hell, other half saying good on ya doin exactly what I'd do if I was rich.

yup totally agree and he would get paid sponsorship with his name any way..

So this'll be the learning year, and he'll be cleaning up next year would be my guess. Nice to see he's still got the fast colour bikes!!

Haha, he's still got that frigging stupid insurance company sponsor of his painted on his vehicle; see the second photo with `Deutsche Vermorschingvenkinschlassenburgerfoosenbastard'. I remember it barely fitting on his cap.
