the other bikes aren't real, the bike the rider is on is in front of a green screen, then the background is filmed seperatly
I could do it in after effects...
No, this is completely real. There is no green screen, and it is actual live footage with no dodgy editing.
However, having your bike on the back of a trailer does help its stability somewhat.

edit: a couple of give aways, there is a light source reflecting in the front of his helmet. The bike leans from side to side but keeps going straight.
And why would you just let go of ya bike and fall off?

couple of points......
1. how the hell do fall off in that sort of corner?
2. how many bikes will not only come upraight when dumped in corner, but swerve dramatically for show?

I think the word "Doctored" is off track.
"Staged" would be more apt.
