Biker down in Welli today? (23 May)

saw three of the traffic mangement types dragging(not wheeling) a blue sportbike off the centre lane northbound motorway.
approx above ferry terminal, this morning,police were there, no sign of a rider or ambulance. anyone know anything about it?
