Hmmm.....I can't say I'm particularly disturbed by the video, Any of those images can be seen in thousands of low-rent movies, and it pales in comparison to real life affect of a suicide.
That aside, I like the song, Good to see them continue to push the guitar as a lead instrument, I'll buy the album.

Poor old Marilyn, Now his bag of tricks is getting empty (drug use, sex, abusing the bible) he has to introduce faggotry into his video's to try and shock people.
Pity, I was enjoying it until that point.

Cool. On the list of albums to have.
Not much can beat AFFCO (by the Skeptics) for disturbing, and it gets a bonus point for being from good old En Zud.

Disturbed have always been a little "middle-of-the-road" for my tastes. Nothing to separate them from Godsmack/Drowning Pool/Coal Chamber/Powerman 5000/Sevendust etc.

Guitar solo's, distinctive and capable vocals, Killer drum sound.
Though they aren't anything special. Just the rest of the bands you listed are the ultimate in suckage.

Meh, for awesome drumming, i'll listen to Lamb Of God.
A band needs to be the whole package.

True enough, My post was only in the context of comparison to other weak bands.Lmao.
I bought the new disturbed album and its pretty flat, Some good songs on her but she doesn't break into my top 300......
I'd say when it comes out of the CD stacker it won't be going back in.

Ah yes, I got it too. Been listening to it a few times, just in case it is me who got it wrong. But something is missing.

My son bought Indestructible and I've been listening to it quite a bit. Only criticism is it is a bit the same all the way through. But pretty good all the same.
Talking about good drumming and Bass I reckon "The pot" on Tool 10,000 days takes a lot of beating. Great song takes you on a real journey.
My opinion only!

Hmm....Could it be Fuzz perhaps?
Have yet to listen to the album so will reserve judgment for now.

Am luke-warm about Disturbed these days but Alter Bridge rocks!! Their latest album is great. Mark Tremonti is sounding better than ever. Definitely keen to see them live.

Hmm. While I like most of the artists in that list, I reckon 7dust are more technical than those bands, and their music is more interesting as a result. And I think they are harder and heavier too which helps to set them apart.
Plus, Lajon is a Big Scary Black Man.
