Not wanted to push other people's active threads off first page (as new KBer) but I found this pretty amazing:
Vid of inside 4 stroke engine. (Exhaust cycle edited/clipped?) Note the spark dances around on centre electrode before leaping to outer then - ka-pow Batman. This little scene is what makes it all possible.

Valve bounce footage. See how the energy in spring has nowhere to go and how it the top of it oscillates around. Amazing stuff.
