Is this capable of 60-65kmph most "cages" seem to drive at around town?

Reading some of the posts here, I am worried about not been able to keep up with the traffic flow !

Yes - with the restrictor washer out of the exhaust port (10 min job).

All of ours are sold without the restrictor washer for that very reason...lol,I have one for commuting to and from work and it carries my vulptuous butt without any issues.

I would say go... go quickly buy one. one of the best 50's available at the moment for acceleration/handling as well as top speed and general quality.
